When you use our services ("Application"), we will collect, store, use and provide your personal information for the outside in accordance with the SolidInsight Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy"). This Policy will describe how SolidInsight provides you with the services of accessing, updating, managing, and protecting your information. "We" or "our" refers to "Shandong Hoteam Software Co., LTD.".

We may display supplemental privacy notices on occasion, such as when we believe additional transparency will help you make an informed choice about whether to provide personal data.

This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data for our own purposes. We also process personal data on behalf of our customers subject to a written contract. We do not control the data processing or protection practices of our customers, which may differ from those set out in this Privacy Policy.

"Personal data"or"Personal information" is information that identifies, or can reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to, an identifiable person. Personal data does not include information that is anonymous, de-identified, or aggregated, as those terms may be defined under applicable law. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal data" and "personal information" have the same meaning and are used interchangeably.

We comply with local laws and regulations of users, and protect the relevant rights and interests of users. You agree that we will process your information in accordance with this Policy, so that you can enjoy quality, convenient and personalized services and better protect the security of your account and content.

1 What information we will collect?

We obtain personal data in different ways. Some personal data is collected directly from you. Other data is automatically collected or generated from the interaction with us through our offerings,including data obtained through the registering account process of SolidInsight. We also may obtain personal data about you from third parties.

1.1 The information you provide to us will be collected

We collect information directly from you, such as when you sign up for an account or use our offerings, register a product or service, or other ways to contact us. The types of information we may collect from you include:

(1) Identifying information, such as user's name, telephone number, physical and/or email addresses, IP address, account username, and account password.

(2) Commercial information, such as details about your subscription plans, the offerings that you have purchased, used and/or expressed interest in, and events you have attended.

(3) Financial account information, such as payment information you provide when making a purchase of or through an offering

1.2 The information that we may collect from you indirectly

(1) When you use the application, we will try to avoid collecting personal information related to data statistics formed by model conversion and browsing and the personal information related to service improvement. The personal information will not be limited to the use of overall statistical data for business analysis, financing and listing, publicity and promotion.

(2) The products or services provided by third parties in the SolidInsight system will obtain your relevant information from SolidInsight's affiliates and partners with your authorization, and use your information after confirming the legitimacy of its information sources.

(3) When you have authorized to use a third-party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, etc.) from the third party and bind your third-party account to your SolidInsight account after you agree to this Privacy Policy.

(4) Improving our products and service

1.3 In order to maintain and improve the quality of our products or services and provide personalized services to you, we may collect and use the following information in accordance with laws and in accordance with your specific authorization:

(1) We may collect your browsing (model format, size) and search information, behavioral preferences (using time, using duration, sharing channels), and combine the information you provide in SolidInsight for using one service with the information from other services for comprehensive statistics and analysis to compose user portraits. It is used to recommend or show you product/service information that you may be interested in, or to show you personalized third-party promotion information through the system. It includes pushing message notifications to you on the App page, providing you with intelligent recommendations and sending you promotional SMS messages.

(2) If you do not tend to receive message notifications on the App page, you can refuse to receive message notifications when installing the App for the first time, or turn off the corresponding notification function in the notification center of the mobile operating system. If you do not want to accept our intelligent recommendation service, you can browse models and information, add friends, etc., at your own discretion. If you do not want to receive the promotion message from us, you can unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function in the message.

(3) We may collect information when you participate in product/service surveys initiatively, and the information you provide to us when interacting with our affiliates and partners, so that we can improve the quality and process of our customer service.

(4) We may use the personal information collected in our business for statistical analysis and operation improvement, for example, statistical analysis through the format, size and quality of the model you convert, so as to improve our products, services or marketing plans; For example, software upgrade, technical transformation, network maintenance, troubleshooting, internal policy and process formulation, internal report generation and so on to improve our system.

1.4 We may collect and use your personal Information in accordance with the law under the following circumstances:

(2) We may collect personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.

2 How Does SolidInsight Use the Information It Collects About You?

We use your personal data mindfully, and in useful ways, including:

(2) Providing services, products and other products, including information such as personalized insights and advice, to fulfill our contract with you.

(3) We send you important information within the scope of our contract with you, such as about your account or purchase.

(8) To analyze information about how you interact or may interact with us or our offerings in furtherance of our legitimate interest in improving our offerings and your experience with us or, where needed, with consent.

(9) To make strategic decisions concerning our business operations, including reporting on the performance of our business, in furtherance of our legitimate interest in making those decisions or, where needed, with consent.

(10) To enforce, and review compliance with, the legal terms that govern our offerings in furtherance of our legitimate interest in ensuring adherence to the relevant terms.

(11) To comply with our legal obligations under applicable laws.

(12) To protect the rights, safety, and property of SolidInsight, you, or any third party in furtherance of our legitimate interest in protecting us, our users, and third parties.

(13) Where we rely on our legitimate interests to process your personal information, we will balance your rights against ours so that our interest is not overridden by the interests of your information protection.

(14) When we process personal data about you to comply with legal requirements or to perform our obligations under a contract with you or with our customer through whom you use our offerings, failure to provide such data may prevent or delay our fulfillment of these obligations.

3 How does SolidInsight protect your data

3.1 We maintain a combination of reasonable and appropriate physical, administrative, and technological controls to protect your data from unauthorized access or malicious actions.

3.2 We take reasonable steps to limit the access employees, contractors, and agents of SolidInsight have to your personal data to those who need to know this data to perform their assigned functions.

3.3 The personal information collected and generated in the People's Republic of China will be stored in the People's Republic of China. If some products involve cross-border business and we need to transmit relevant personal information collected in China to overseas institutions, we will require overseas institutions to keep your personal information confidential through signing agreements, on-site verification and other effective measures.

3.4 Our collecting and processing of your personal data outside China is carried out under the following legal bases:

(1) The processing is necessary for us to provide you with the products and services you request, or to respond to your inquiries.

(2) We have a legal obligation to process your personal data, such as compliance with applicable tax and other government regulations or compliance with a court order or binding law enforcement request.

(3) To protect your vital interests, or those of others.

3.5 We have a legitimate interest in carrying out the processing activity. We have a legitimate interest in the following cases:

(1) To analyze and improve the safety and security of the App. This includes implementing and enhancing security measures and safeguards and protecting against fraud, spam, and abuse.

(2) To maintain and improve the App.

(3) To operate the App and provide you with certain information and communications tailored to, and in accordance with, your preferences.

(4) You have consented to the processing of your personal data. When you consent, you may change your mind at any time.

3.6 In order to protect your information security, we are committed to using various security technologies and supporting management systems to minimize the risk of disclosure, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure and modification of your information. For example, secure network layer software (SSL) is used for encrypted transmission, encrypted storage of information, strict restriction of data center access, and use of dedicated network channels and network agents.

3.7 You need to protect your SolidInsight login name and other identity elements. When you use SolidInsight services, we will identify you by your login name and other identity elements. If you disclose the foregoing information, you may suffer losses and may have adverse legal consequences against you. If you find that the SolidInsight login name and/or other identity elements may or have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take timely measures to avoid or reduce relevant losses.

3.8 When you stop using the SolidInsight service, we will stop collecting and using your information, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. If we cease operations, we will stop collecting your personal information timely, and notify you of the cessation of operations in the form of delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held by us.

3.9 With the development of our business, our company and the affiliates could mergers, acquisitions, asset transfer or similar deals. Once involved in the transfer of personal information, we will require the company which receives your personal information continues to accept this privacy policy constraints, otherwise, we will ask the company, organization, to ask for your authorization.

3.10 If you publicize your model, documents, and related information initiatively, within the scope of the authorization to other users who can browse or make restricted use of your information, SolidInsight will not bear any legal responsibilities. If you expose the model, document and related information incautiously, you may request the assistance byadministrators to delete it. SolidInsight will assist in deletion to the extent possible, but cannot guarantee complete deletion or prevent propagation.

4 Right and choice

4.1 You have the right to access, update, delete, receive a copy of, or restrict our use of your personal data. When we process personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent any time.

4.2 Please login to your account to manage your personal data and content using our applications. You can also delete your personal data and close your account. We may retain certain data about you for legal and internal business purposes, such as fraud prevention, in accordance with applicable laws.

5 What are the storage and data retention conventions?

We store your personal data and content on our servers and on the servers of service providers. We combine reasonable and appropriate physical, administrative and technical controls to protect your data from unauthorized access or malicious manipulation.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that only our employees, contractors and agents who need to know such data in order to perform their assigned duties have access to your personal data.

6 How does SolidInsight transmit personal data across borders

If you use SolidInsight service outside of China, please be aware that the data server of SolidInsight is based in the U.S. and the information we obtain through the Application will be transferred to, processed, and stored on our servers in the United States,depending on your jurisdiction. When we transfer personal information across borders, we will fulfill the provisions including but not limit to California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) to protect personal data transferred across borders.

7 How does SolidInsight protect the data from children and students?

SolidInsight is made for the general public and is designed for adult users.

We do not collect information about children, nor do we prepare this software for children. Once we find that children use this software, we will cancel or delete the information of relevant accounts.

Whether this privacy statement will change

We may change this Privacy Statement to reflect changes in law, our data processing practices, or the characteristics of our business. When we make material changes to the privacy statement, we will try to notify you before such changes take effect, for example by prominently displaying notices on our website or services or by email.

To make your access experience easier, when you access the services provided by SolidInsight, we may identify you through small data files, which can save you the step of re-entering registration information or help determine the security status of your account. Please understand that some of our services are only available through the use of cookies. If your browser or browser add-on service allows, you can modify the acceptance of cookies or reject SolidInsight cookies. The "Help" section of most browser toolbars will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have your browser notify you when you receive a new Cookie, or how to turn cookies off completely. In addition, you can turn off or remove similar data (e.g., Flash cookies) used by browser add-ons by changing the Settings of browser add-ons or by visiting the provider's web page. However, this move may affect your secure access to the services SolidInsight provides in certain circumstances.
